This policy explains our nonprofit donation refund terms.

1. Donations Are Final

All contributions made via Razorpay are treated as final donations and are non-refundable. These donations directly support our social and environmental initiatives.

2. Why Refunds Are Not Offered

  • Our programs rely on consistent funding — returned donations disrupt planning.
  • Razorpay processes donations instantly, transferring funds to our account immediately.
  • No physical goods/services are sold, so there's no order to cancel or refund.

3. Exceptions

While refunds are not typical, in cases like duplicate transactions or technical issues, we may review your case.

Contact us within 7 days of the transaction.

Include Razorpay ID, amount, date, and reason for refund in your request.

We will investigate and may coordinate with Razorpay to resolve your issue.

Note: Refunds are discretionary and only approved in rare, justified cases.
