By accessing and using the TCS World 10K Bengaluru platform operated by United Way Bengaluru, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Use of the Platform

You agree to use the platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe upon the rights of others
• Transmit any harmful or malicious code
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the platform
• Use the platform for any fraudulent or deceptive purpose

3. Account Registration

To access certain features, you must register for an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Donations and Fundraising

All donations made through the platform are final and non-refundable unless otherwise stated. By making a donation, you acknowledge that:

• Donations are voluntary contributions to selected NGOs
• United Way Bengaluru facilitates the donation process
• Donations may be subject to processing fees
• You will receive a receipt for tax purposes where applicable

5. Payment Processing

Payment processing is handled by third-party payment processors. We are not responsible for any issues arising from payment processing. All transactions are subject to the terms and conditions of the payment processor.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the platform, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of United Way Bengaluru or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

7. Limitation of Liability

United Way Bengaluru shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform or inability to use the platform.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless United Way Bengaluru from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the platform or violation of these Terms.

9. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the platform after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
